dbajie Terms & Conditions

1Definitions

"Platform" means the dbajie website, mobile web application, and all associated services accessible at dbajie.app. "Player" or "you" means any registered individual user of the Platform. "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration. "Funds" means the real-money balance held in a Player's Account. "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits or free bet credits credited to an Account subject to wagering requirements. "BDT" or "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency of the Platform.

2Account Registration

To use any real-money service on dbajie, you must register an account. By registering, you warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are physically located in Bangladesh at the time of use.
• You are registering as an individual, not on behalf of a third party.
• All information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion agreement or responsible gaming restriction that would prohibit your access.
• You are not a politically exposed person (PEP) or subject to any financial sanctions that would restrict your participation.

dbajie reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend any account where these conditions are not satisfied, without prior notice and without liability.

3One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one active Account on dbajie. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, dbajie will close the additional account(s) without notice. Any winnings generated through a duplicate account will be voided and forfeited. The original account may also be suspended pending review. Players must notify support immediately if they believe a duplicate account has been created in their name without their knowledge.

4Account Verification (KYC)

dbajie operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. We may request identity verification documentation at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or at any time during the operation of your Account. Acceptable documents include, but are not limited to, a national identity card (NID), passport, or driver's licence. Where requested, proof of payment method (e.g., confirmation of bKash or Nagad account ownership) may also be required.

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure. Providing false, altered, or fraudulent documents is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure and potential referral to relevant authorities.

5Deposits

dbajie accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following supported Mobile Financial Services (MFS) providers: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit set by the Platform; however, MFS providers impose their own transaction limits, and Players are responsible for complying with those limits.

All deposits are credited to the Player's Account in real time upon confirmed receipt from the MFS provider. dbajie does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the MFS account used for deposits must be registered in the Player's own name. Deposits from unverified or third-party sources will be refunded where possible; otherwise, the funds may be held pending investigation.

6Withdrawals

Withdrawals may be requested at any time provided the Player's Account has been verified, the balance consists of cleared real-money funds (not pending bonus funds), and no responsible gaming restriction is in place. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Standard withdrawals are processed within 5 minutes of approval. Processing times may extend to 24 hours during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.

Withdrawals will only be paid to the MFS account registered to the Player's verified identity. dbajie reserves the right to withhold a withdrawal pending KYC review and to deduct applicable regulatory fees or taxes where required by applicable Bangladesh law. Players are responsible for any tax obligations arising from gambling winnings under their personal jurisdiction.

7Bonuses and Promotional Offers

From time to time, dbajie offers bonuses, free spins, free bet credits, deposit match promotions, and seasonal offers to eligible Players. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated in the specific offer terms:

• Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement, the specific multiplier and eligible games for which will be stated in the offer terms.
• Bonus funds must be wagered before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Only one bonus may be active at any given time unless the Platform explicitly states otherwise.
• dbajie reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Attempting to exploit or manipulate bonus terms — including but not limited to using multiple accounts, reverse engineering wagering patterns, or placing low-risk offsetting bets — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Seasonal Bangladesh offers (e.g., Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, BPL season promotions) are subject to their own specific terms which will be communicated at the time of each offer.

8Game Rules and Betting

All games available on dbajie are supplied by licensed third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, Hacksaw Gaming, and Play'n GO. Each game is governed by its own set of rules published by the respective provider. In the event of any technical malfunction during gameplay — including disconnection from a live casino table or a crash game round — dbajie will apply the provider's official malfunction policy, which may result in the cancellation of the affected round and a return of the stake.

Sports betting markets are settled in accordance with official results from the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB for cricket; FIFA for football). Where a result is disputed or an event is abandoned, dbajie's trading team will apply standard industry settlement rules, and their decision shall be final.

9Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dbajie platform:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with games.
• Collusion with other Players or with Platform staff to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering — using the Platform to deposit, layer, or withdraw funds derived from criminal activity.
• Fraudulent chargebacks or disputed MFS transactions.
• Impersonating another Player or a member of dbajie staff.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by law (outside Bangladesh).
• Creating an account on behalf of a third party, or allowing a third party to operate your account.

Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited activities will have their Account immediately suspended, all funds held pending investigation, and any winnings derived from the prohibited activity voided. dbajie reserves the right to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.

10Responsible Gaming

dbajie is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Players are encouraged to set personal deposit limits, session time reminders, and cooling-off periods from within their account settings. Players who wish to permanently exclude themselves from the Platform may request self-exclusion by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion requests are actioned immediately and cannot be reversed during the agreed exclusion period.

11Privacy and Data Protection

dbajie collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described therein. dbajie employs 256-bit SSL encryption on all data transmissions and does not store mobile banking PINs or passwords on its servers.

12Intellectual Property

All content on the dbajie platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of dbajie or its licensed suppliers. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from this platform without express prior written consent from dbajie.

13Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dbajie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform — including losses arising from technical failures, game malfunctions, connectivity issues, or third-party MFS processing delays. dbajie's total aggregate liability to any Player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Bangladesh law.

14Account Closure and Termination

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding non-withdrawable bonus funds) will be paid out to your verified MFS account within 5 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. dbajie reserves the right to terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Where termination is initiated by dbajie without cause, any real-money balance will be returned to the Player.

15Amendments to These Terms

dbajie reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, we will notify active Players via the email address or phone number registered to their Account, and will publish a revised effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform after the revised Terms have been published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the changes.

16Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with general principles of contract law as applicable in Bangladesh. In the event of a dispute between you and dbajie, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance so that we may attempt to resolve the matter informally. dbajie's customer support team is available 24/7 via the contact details on this site. dbajie aims to resolve all complaints within 5 business days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may escalate the matter to binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

17Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent of the severed clause.

18Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the dbajie Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy (both of which are incorporated by reference), constitute the entire agreement between you and dbajie with respect to your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements (whether oral or written) relating to the subject matter herein.
